BACKGROUND:  Mark Ulmer purchased the irrigated acreage 4 years ago and has

realized a huge benefit with irrigated corn and alfalfa.  He is now excited for the cost savings

of changing from a diesel powered motor to a single-phase motor to power the irrigation system.

one that I was not prepared to tackle.  I was relieved to hear Nancy Larsen agree

to working with me to put it all together and it would not have been completed
