QUOTABLE: "Nancy helped develop the fundamental business plan that enabled us to achieve our dream. We learned that a successful business does not happen by accident but by careful and diligent planning. The value we see in SEFP assistance is asking us the hard questions that are necessary in starting a business and then helping us find the answers. (Kevin Franker)."
