business has been a viable business but due to a need to sell or
close the business another individual steps up to purchase the business
and thus the business is retained. In some
cases an existing business needs information or assistance in creating
a business plan, evaluating the whole plan for doing business.
Many times a business
purchases additional equipment or needs a new roof and the bank
