BACKGROUND:  Ann has had 20 years handling a farm business with five children and has been the bookkeeper for a welding shop and the Stumble Inn in Stickney, SD.  She also managed the restaurant and worked as a morning cook.  From an internet search, she found The Freeman Café, checked out the quiet community and became passionate about opening her own restaurant in Freeman.
