A “2nd Dollar of Profit” presentation was held for Menno Lumber Company by the Southeast Enterprise Facilitation Project (SEFP).

BACKGROUND:  The idea to expand Menno Lumber to include a full hardware

store needed research, a positive cash flow and a shared vision from the board of

directors.  A business plan was completed while researching the start-up costs,

potential grant opportunities and selecting the most cost-effective way to build the

new facility.  Goals were set and the finished product was received as presented;

work began and was completed by the end of 2010.
