A  “1st Dollar of Profit” presentation  was held for  Tuffy’s Tots Day Care  by the SEFP,  Centerville Chamber  and

     Centerville Development.   Those present include:  (l to r)  Bill Hansen,  Nancy Larsen,  Doug Voss, Ceason Hunter,

     Luverne Langerock,  Shana Hefty,  John Limoges,  Bridget Hansen and  Kathy Austin, the Daycare Director.

BACKGROUND:  The Centerville Economic Development Corporation’s passion for a larger availability of daycare in Centerville was the spark which fired-up many community members.  Many volunteer hours went into creating the non-profit 501C3 organization, fund raising, grant writing, construction, painting and overseeing the “Center’s” opening.  The facility is a Governor’s Daycare Facility placed on a basement which allows for up to 38 children.
